run time error

after OS reinstall, I can't get contrails pro to work. I always receive this when I check "enable" in modules/contrails pro:


Can you help me please?

Never had this type of problem reported...

Are you using FSX or FS9?
Which OS are you using?
If you are using FS9, can you please check if there is a file called TrafficInfo.dll in the FS9 Modules folder?

Hi,
I use Windows 7 ultimate, fs9.1. And yes, there's trafficinfo.dll in my modules folder.
It's interesting, that if contrails pro is enabled with any AI traffic turned off - there's no error. But when I turn on traffic I've got runtime error...

Does the error happen if you enable contrails behind the user aircraft, with AI traffic disabled?

With no traffic and contrails behind the user aircraft turned on, the error doesn't show. But: I still have no contrails behind my aircraft...
When I turn on traffic I immediately receive error... It must be something missing in my system/fs...

This is very strange, and sadly I have nothing to suggest here.

Does FS9 crash after you click OK in the empty runtime error message?

Can you have a look in the Contrails Pro log file after a crash? The log file is located in:
C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Roaming\FlightSimTools.com\Contrails Pro\
