FS X WON'T BOOT

Hi, I bought Heli Traffic this afternoon, let it run through the instla procedure and FSX will no loger boot up!
Attemptint to start it just produces the error message "Microsoft Flight Simulator X has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience".
Since FSX has been running rock solid for well over a year, it seems the change must be linked to the new programme. I uninstalled Heli Traffic but still no FSX. I edited FSX.cfg and removed it from the trusted prog section. Still no FSX.
Next I tried the old dodge of removing FSX.cfg and letting it create a new version. Still no FSX.

Anything you can suggest please, apart from a new FSX instal?

We aren't selling Heli Traffic X since March. If you purchased the product from Flight1, please use their support forums.

You should try rebooting your PC, maybe something got "stuck" in your graphics driver etc. If this doesn't help, please request assistance from the Flight1 support. Thank you!
