Heli Traffic X and Spyware Doctor

Postby steviejo on Sun Nov 02, 2008 9:05 pm

Hi all,

Have just installed Heli Traffic X, and on starting FSX told it yes, trust this software - but am then getting a block and warning message from my Spyware Doctor program that says
Threat name : HeurEngine.Packed.Execryptor
Infection : C:\PROGRAM FILES\FLIGHTSIMTOOLS.COM \ HELITRAFFICX \ FSTLCHK.DLL
Details : Spyware Doctor has bocked an application attempting to access a file

Havent seen this before and I'm guessing its just SD being a bit overzealous (or just plain wrong) but would someone from FSTools on the forum mind just confirming that Execryptor is theirs and its OK to answer - yes, allow - to this message (or do I have something else to worry about ? ! ).

VISTA 32

Thanks

Stevie

The file fstlchk.dll is indeed ours and spyware-free.

i am using KIS 7, and it explains properly when an application is blocked why. So i can choose simply if i can allow or not an application to run. it's easier this way than waiting for a reply to be sure that is not malicious.
